Family-office planning: We discuss possible entity and governance structures, roles of service providers, and implementation workstreams. Incorporation, regulatory applications and tax matters are handled by the relevant authorized professionals.
Governance and succession: We facilitate discussion of family policies, decision-making processes, succession priorities and philanthropic objectives, and introduce legal, trust and tax specialists where needed.
Mobility and relocation coordination: We help organize information, timelines and introductions to qualified immigration advisers for applicable residence or work-pass processes. All applications and decisions are subject to the relevant authorities and their current rules.
Practical arrangements: Where helpful, we coordinate introductions to banks, schools, healthcare providers and other independent service providers, subject to each provider's own requirements.
