Arboris Global Partners is a Singapore-headquartered capital strategy and advisory platform built on prudence, discipline, and trust. Our leadership brings a decade-plus record in Australian real-estate credit and Asian secondary private markets, refined within Singapore’s governance environment.
We advise professional and institutional investors across wealth management, asset strategies and fund platforms (including Singapore VCC sub-funds), family-office governance, and capital structure & planning. In private markets we deliver income-oriented mandates such as real-estate-secured private credit via regulated vehicles, with multi-currency share classes and FX-hedging options for eligible investors.
To support cross-border establishment, we provide end-to-end corporate services: incorporation and corporate secretarial, accounting/tax and statutory filings, payroll/CPF & GIRO setup, data-protection oversight, and AML/KYC. Where required, we arrange nominee directors strictly on a non-executive, non-management basis to satisfy resident-director obligations, and coordinate SG/HK holding design, banking & payments onboarding, substance planning, and Employment Pass facilitation with licensed partners.
